This article considers the existing scientific experience in theoretical and methodological substantiation of the magnetism of investment resources, their efficient allocation, and most importantly, the conception of guidelines for the implementation of investment projects will achieve the desired goals set. Fastidious attention at the decision-making juncture will be essential, namely with the proper formation and implementation of these investment projects spread across the nation.
