Інноватика вищої освіти: роль інноваційного середовища у трансформації сфери вищої освіти і науки

Інноваційні перетворення у сфері вищої освіти та науки, як правило, відбуваються в рамках інноваційної політики, яка визначається лідерами цієї сфери. Слід зазначити, що інноваційна політика у сфері вищої освіти є сполучною ланкою між політикою досліджень та науковою (науково-технічною) діяльності, пошуком та розповсюдженням знань, освітою та підготовкою кваліфікованих фахівців у галузі технологічного розвитку, промислової політики та екологічна політика.
Інноваційна політика у сфері вищої освіти та науки є однією з основних складових державної соціально-економічної політики суспільного розвитку та спрямована на створення сприятливих умов для виведення на ринок нових ідей, створених у цій сфері.
Стаття присвячена подальшому розвитку теоретичних засад інноватики вищої освіти. Розглянуто основні питання організаційної теорії інноватики вищої освіти; національна та міжнародна складові інновацій у сфері вищої освіти та науки, як відкритої освітньої, наукової та культурної системи; орієнтація та вплив процесів інноваційної діяльності у сфері вищої освіти та науки на об’єкти та суб’єкти інноваційних перетворень; найважливіші завдання держави в управлінні інноваційною діяльністю у сфері вищої освіти та науки; діяльність, яку просувають інноватори у сфері вищої освіти; інноваційне середовище.
Вивчаються основні напрямки інноваційної політики підприємницького університету та інноваційних відносин у сфері вищої освіти та науки.
Також аналізуються проблеми примусового чи екстреного дистанційного навчання.
